Highway kitchen is a next level fine dining when it comes to rich flavours and authentic taste. This restaurant retains the good old feel of an authentic dhaba with charpais and an overall rustic ambience. This place is filled with all vibes you get to see in an authentic Dhabas on highways. The staff welcomes you warmly with a smile and is happy to suggest you as per your palate. As per recommendation of staff we tried thier 1. Chicken Biryani 2. Soya chaap 3. Non veg sizzlers The lunch came to a sweet and happy ending with ice paan. They also have a special room for hookah. We started with Mathura ki Lassi – thick, creamy, and refreshing – and a Strawberry Crush that was sweet and fresh. The Chole Bhatura HK Special was a standout: fluffy bhaturas with perfectly spiced chole. Tandoori Momos (veg) were smoky and flavorful, while the Afghani Chaap was creamy and melt-in-the-mouth. The Veg Tandoori Platter offered a great mix of tandoori goodies, each cooked to perfection. To end on a sweet note, we had Gulab Jamun with ice cream and the fun, colorful Gadbad Ice Cream – both absolute treats! 🍨 Service was prompt and friendly, and the portions are generous for the price. One of the best restaurant in Goa. I'am vegetarian so this review is only for the veg food. Food is tasty and quantity is also good. If you visit this restaurant do try their chaach you will definitely enjoy it. It come in a big glass and will be good at the end of the meal. Service is the best and they are very polite and friendly to their customers. Ambiance is good and is so well designed. The materials used are not of highest quality but it feels good. I live right away on the top of this restaurant. Lol yes... I mean same building. I visit this restaurant every other day and here is an honest review. Positives. 1. Supereb location ; jus 200 metres from airport 2. Accessible to all 24x7. Open at all times 3. Separate section for drinkers and hookah. So you can take ur kids and family too 4. Its a really cool theme based restaurant 5. Comfortable seating and ambiance 6. Awesome quality of food. No doubts on the taste of food. Supreme quality of north indian food. Great food. Complete delight. They have this special dish Hyderabadi Paneer. You'll love it. It costs around 500 Do taste it. Also One of the best Garlic butter naan i have tasted. There food is amazing. But the place is even better. The theme on the walls and the roof and that khaat wali chairs are all unique. You also have a separate smoking zone. Just like the name says, this restaurant is right on the Dabolim highway—easy to spot and hard to forget! The food was absolutely delicious, and the tandoori lollipop? Such a soul satisfying experience of dinning. Restaurent is based on Punjabi Theme. Interior gives a look of pure punjab, KHAT sitting especially. Very beautifully decorated. Tried Tandoori Aloo, Chicken Platter, a variety of Indian Breads, Mushroom Kadhai and to finish it off, Gulab Jamun. All the dishes were absolutely delicious. Excellent place managed by a wonderful punjabi couple. The food is very delicious and the atmosphere is too good, reminding of the dhabas of north India highways. One should try the vegetarian platter and dal makhani , they are too good. The service is quick and the waiters very polite and accommodating to the various demands of the clients . ~ Anil M

You get a different experience which is not typical to other restaurants in the vicinity. From ambiance to food preparation you can feel the same. Must visit if you are around, can go for lunch or dinner. We happened to visit this place for lunch as it's just near ulta pulta museum. Since the menu was online we found it boring. But thank God we still ordered and to our surprise the food was amazing 😋😋. The service was also quick and the dishes were mouth watering. Highly recommended by us.
