If you’re in Dabolim and craving authentic North Indian flavors, Highway K’tchen is a must-visit! 🍴 The place has a cheerful, casual vibe with a street-view setting, perfect for a relaxed meal. We started with Mathura ki Lassi – thick, creamy, and refreshing – and a Strawberry Crush that was sweet and fresh. The Chole Bhatura HK Special was a standout: fluffy bhaturas with perfectly spiced chole. Tandoori Momos (veg) were smoky and flavorful, while the Afghani Chaap was creamy and melt-in-the-mouth. The Veg Tandoori Platter offered a great mix of tandoori goodies, each cooked to perfection. To end on a sweet note, we had Gulab Jamun with ice cream and the fun, colorful Gadbad Ice Cream – both absolute treats! 🍨 Service was prompt and friendly, and the portions are generous for the price. This restaurant retains the good old feel of an authentic dhaba with charpais and an overall rustic ambience. This place is filled with all vibes you get to see in an authentic Dhabas on highways. The staff welcomes you warmly with a smile and is happy to suggest you as per your palate. As per recommendation of staff we tried thier 1. Chicken Biryani 2. Soya chaap 3. Non veg sizzlers The lunch came to a sweet and happy ending with ice paan. They also have a special room for hookah.
